Dr. Steve McKinnon — Professor Emeritus — Queen’s University
This site was originally created to share information related to projects related to the RockMech research group, Department of Mining Engineering at Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario. Since Dr. McKinnon has now left Queen’s University to pursue work as an independent consultant to the mining industry, full-time research work has ceased, but continues on a limited basis in collaboration with other researchers. Links to current and previous research projects can be found below. The site also contains various links and information that it is hoped visitors will find useful.
